General provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website volxido.com (hereinafter, the "Platform"), operated by Volxido SpA, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Chile, with registered address at Av. Apoquindo 4001, Floor 11, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, and Tax ID (RUT) 77.456.789-K.

By accessing and using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any of these provisions, we ask that you do not use the Platform.

Description of services

Volxido operates as a real estate crowdlending platform that allows investors to collectively participate in construction and urban development projects in Chile. Through the Platform, users can:

• Explore real estate projects available for investment. • Make capital contributions to selected projects. • Monitor the progress of projects in which they have invested. • Receive returns proportional to their participation once projects are completed.

The Platform acts as a technological intermediary between investors and real estate project developers. Volxido does not guarantee specific returns nor assumes direct responsibility for project execution.

Eligibility requirements

To use the Platform and make investments, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old. • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Chile. • Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering. • Comply with applicable Chilean regulations regarding investments and taxation.

Volxido reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations.

Investment risks

All investments carry inherent risks. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Investments in real estate projects are not guaranteed and you may lose all or part of the invested capital. • Past returns do not guarantee future returns. • Project timelines may be affected by external factors such as market conditions, regulations, or construction contingencies. • Volxido does not act as a financial advisor and does not provide personalized investment recommendations.

We recommend that you carefully evaluate your financial situation and, if necessary, consult with an independent financial advisor before making any investment.

Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, designs, logos, images, source code, and software, is the property of Volxido SpA or its licensors and is protected by Chilean intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any unauthorized use of Platform content is prohibited without the prior written consent of Volxido.

Limitation of liability

Volxido shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions in Platform service due to technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure. • Losses arising from investments made through the Platform. • Actions or omissions of third parties, including project developers. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Volxido's total liability to the user, for any reason, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user to Volxido in fees during the last 12 months.

Termination

Volxido reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms. • Providing false or misleading information. • Suspicious activities related to fraud or money laundering. • Express request from the user.

In case of termination, pending obligations related to active investments shall remain in effect.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of justice of the city of Santiago, Chile, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Modifications

Volxido reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
